I believe all claims of the end of the world, because when they don't come true I can say "I survived the end of the world!!!", if they do come true I can say "told you so".
Either way, I win. |

Well, the Mayan Long Count Calendar does not imply or even state that the "world" - that is the Earth, will be destroyed by some worldwide catastrophe. What it DOES state and imply is that this Piscean Age will end and enter into Aquarius. And the specific date - 21/22 December of 2012 - the shift will hit the fan, so to speak. This date is also supported by other cultures, such as the Hopi, Inca, Native American Indians, Egyptians, Aztecs, et al.
THAT is pretty astounding. |

And where did you get this information from Roberthood? It is hard to find what is actually true or not these days, because there are people who think they know what the are talking about and share it without actually checking the information. Did you decypher the calander yourself? The mayan calander does continue, it just end a cycle and goes into repeat. There is no legit information about the Aquarius age at all, in fact, it just sounds like you are stating the old and new star signs. The reason why all those civilizations have the same calander style, is because one copied another, then one copied them, but the Mayan Calander was the most understabled and easiest to decypher.
It doesnt end, it flips to a new cycle.
Just saying... but if you think the world is going to have some catastrophic event, then by all means, sell me all your belongings for $1! |
