May I be the first to congratulate Karm on becoming a member of the prestigious Andris Vanguard (Clirseit, I shall do my best to guide her and will find out if the young but eager druid is equipped with some red robes for formal occasions. She will of course await your presence in Andris to be officially escorted to the hall).

While sitting at the bank making potions, and thoughts drifting to the resent application to the vanguard, I decided to pen this note:
Dear Vanguards Members,
I have not talked to any members of this great Vanguard in a few days, so I thought i would leave this note. I hope all is well with the Vanguard and all its members. I Have been spending more time in the woods of Andris, and in its great library. I really love that place, so much to learn in those fine books. I hope to see you all around soon.
In your service,
Chloe
Having read the note to check for errors, she walks to the Guild Hall, and post it on the front gate for all the members to see. |

Dear Andris Vanguard,
I am sorry to inform you that i must withdraw my application for the time being. I want to thankyou for your consideration, but I must take care of other things at the moment. I wish you all the best of luck and health.

Dear Chloe,
I have just been shown the letters you sent to the vanguard so am taking the liberty of writing my own thoughts to you as in a way, the fact that you approached me personally when you arrived in Andris makes me feel partly responsible.
In response to your first letter, I seem to recall informing you that it may take some time for the vanguard to get to know and assess you (young Karm had to wait a few moons before a decision was reached, whereas I guess Sir Shvin's application was easier to process as the fighter is well known in our lands and the Lady Alys herself had had occasion in the past to fight alongside him and establish a good relationship).
As for the withdrawal of your application, perhaps this was a wise decision at such an early stage of your life in our lands. I remember expressing surprise when you came to Andris and communicated to me your eager interest for this city and, although feeling flattered, I did suggest that perhaps you may wish to get better acquainted with our lands and their people before making an informed decision - I am glad you gave yourself time to rethink... you have yet so much to discover!
It was nice meeting you and having the opportunity, together with my niece Rosina, to guide the first steps of a young cleric.
I wish you best of luck and happiness, and I am sure our paths will cross again and again. You can rest assured of our good will and affection.
Yours sincerely,
Fuoco Biancavalle
