Not counting your own relatives... So Amere, you can't count Nedved
I imagine there will be lots and lots of folks who answer "zero" to this question, but I know there are a few of us who have met our Oberin friends in person.
Personally, I am in the "zero" column, but I have just missed meeting five or six Oberinites in my travels, so I am hoping to turn some near misses into meetings soon. |

| 1 - Vael and I have met. He grew up in the town next to where my wife grew up, so when we go home for thanksgiving or christmas, we try to stop by on the way and say hello. |

| That would be a big Zero for me. I'm fairly close to a few though, so maybe one day. |

That would be a zero for me to. As it turns out though I was born in the same town as another player, probably the same hospital (only one hospital there when I was born). I know that there are a few players in my home state now, so there could be potential to cross paths. Maybe a meeting at the Shiner brewery someday. |

none for me but I live relatively close to some people, but you have to take in to mind as well that maybe you have met someone but just don't know |

One.
Someone was able to convince me, that seagulls in Edinburgh were actually tameable and thus I decided to give it a try. After "portaling" there I ran into a wizard friend, who helped me to level my Greek skill and kept me alive with coffee.

My magic number is 3. Those visits were all part of my trip to the Pacific Northwest this summer, 2008. Those visits got me near the Olympic trials in Eugene, Oregon, the world's coolest used Mac store (where I bought a broken MacBook 5300 for $5!) and a beautiful fireworks display for Canada Day in Victoria. (I was grilled severely by the Canadian border guards when I told them I'd come to visit a friend I'd met on the internet playing an online role playing game!)
There are two others within 1/2 day or less driving distance, so I hope to be able to increase this number someday soon.
(names withheld to protect the, uh...innocent??) |

None in person, though I know a select few (very few!) via chat and e-mail beyond what Synnove would know...
And Snowons, Shiner as in Shinerbock? Lots of my family lives where Shinerbock is made. I don't, though. |

None yet, but I'm planning a big Midwestern Obi.-meetup at Synnove's house!
Oh, Synn, didn't I tell you about that? Oops! Sorry!
Don't worry, I'll bring the chips |

| I talked about it with few of my closest obie friends and it is funny to imagine how it would be if we'd meet. Zero by now but who knows, that can always change as I'm gonna travel a lot in the next five years. *looks meaningfully to some people* :9 |

Shiner Bock is perhaps the best American breakfast beer... I had one at 10am more collegiate mornings than I can count |
